Welcome to Inbox & Co.! These Terms & Conditions explain how we work with our clients and the expectations surrounding our digital marketing and website design services.
By using our website, requesting services, or engaging Inbox & Co. for a project, you agree to the applicable terms outlined below. Specific project proposals, invoices, and written agreements may provide additional details.
1. Our Services
Inbox & Co. provides creative and strategic digital marketing services, including:
- Email marketing campaigns and automated email flows
- Shopify website design, redesigns, and landing pages
- Customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategies
- E-commerce growth consulting and optimization
- Marketing audits, creative services, and related projects
Services and deliverables vary depending on the package or project selected.
2. No Long-Term Contracts
At Inbox & Co., we believe in building relationships through great work, not long-term commitments.
We do not require long-term service contracts.
For ongoing monthly services, we require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Services and applicable fees continue during the notice period.
One-time projects are governed by their agreed scope, payment terms, and cancellation arrangements. Any nonrefundable deposits or project-specific commitments will be disclosed before work begins.
3. Project Timelines
Every business is different, and we don't believe in one-size-fits-all timelines.
Before beginning a project, we'll take time to understand your business, goals, existing systems, and specific needs. Based on that information, we'll recommend a realistic project timeline and explain the expected deliverables.
Project timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Delays in receiving content, approvals, account access, or feedback may affect the completion date.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the services, packages, and deliverables selected.
- Monthly services are billed according to the agreed billing schedule.
- One-time projects may require an upfront deposit or milestone payments.
- Additional work outside the original scope may result in additional fees, subject to client approval.
- Payment schedules, deposits, and any applicable refund terms will be communicated before the project begins.
We reserve the right to pause services for overdue payments after providing reasonable notice.
5. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver the best possible work, clients agree to provide accurate information, necessary account access, brand assets, product information, and timely feedback.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos, images, copy, customer lists, or other materials they supply.
Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving work before publication or launch.
6. Revisions and Project Scope
We want you to feel confident in the work we create together.
The number of revisions and included deliverables will be outlined in your selected package or project proposal.
Requests that significantly change the approved direction or exceed the agreed scope may require additional time and fees. We will discuss those changes with you before proceeding.
7. Email Marketing and Compliance
Inbox & Co. may assist with email campaign creation, automation, segmentation, and marketing strategy.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contact lists were collected lawfully and that their marketing activities comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, and email marketing laws.
We do not guarantee email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, or specific revenue results.
8. Shopify Websites and Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and other third-party software.
Subscription fees, paid apps, domain registrations, themes, and other third-party costs are not included in our service pricing unless specifically stated.
Clients remain responsible for maintaining their own platform subscriptions, accounts, and required licenses.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies. Inbox & Co. is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or service disruptions outside our control.
9. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of all required payments, clients receive ownership of the final, custom-created deliverables specifically identified for transfer in their project agreement, excluding third-party assets and materials owned or licensed by others.
Inbox & Co. retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, processes, tools, concepts, and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any use of completed client work in our portfolio or marketing materials will be subject to the client's confidentiality requirements and any applicable written agreement.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the trust clients place in us.
Inbox & Co. will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared during a project and will not knowingly disclose it to unauthorized third parties, except as necessary to provide services, as required by law, or with the client's permission.
Clients should avoid sharing passwords through unsecured communication channels whenever possible.
11. Results and Performance
Our goal is to help businesses strengthen their marketing, improve their customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth.
However, marketing performance depends on many factors, including audience behavior, product demand, pricing, market conditions, and platform changes.
We cannot guarantee specific sales, revenue, conversion rates, search rankings, or other business outcomes.
12. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services by providing 30 days' written notice.
Refund eligibility for one-time projects, deposits, or work already performed will depend on the terms agreed to before the project begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed services and work already performed are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any prepaid amounts for services not yet performed will be handled according to the applicable written agreement and law.
13. Website Use
Visitors agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its functionality, or reproduce its content without permission.
All original website copy, branding, designs, and other content belonging to Inbox & Co. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inbox & Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our website or services, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Any additional limitations or remedies relating to client projects may be specified in the applicable service agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Changes to These Terms
